A Letter Regarding Coronavirus From
Fernandez, Socci & Nieves Family Law
Fernandez, Socci & Nieves, like other businesses, has been closely monitoring COVID-19 and we are working to proactively address the concerns of our staff and clients. We want to assure you that we will continue to work and are committed to supporting you during this uncertain time.
Certain measures and guidelines have been put in place in order to maintain the level of attention to your case that you are accustomed to. Many of our job responsibilities are such that attorneys and staff are able to work remotely from home. We have also implemented online and mobile tools to help us conduct business in a manner that will allow us to serve you when you need it. We are available to you via email, phone, and/or video/teleconference.
What we cannot control is the closure and/or suspension of in person court proceedings. Both New Hampshire and Massachusetts Courts have taken significant measures as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. These measures include court closures and suspension/postponement of hearings. To discuss how these court measures will affect your specific case, please call or email our office.
